Returns Policy
At Silk + Shore we want everyone to be happy with the items they purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item. All purchases are eligible for store credit only and must be submitted within 14 business days of receiving your order.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $6.95 flat rate shipping fee which will be deducted from your store credit. Please see the return portal listed to start the return process.
Since customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, all submitted returns will include a 10% off coupon to use towards your next purchase at Silk + Shore.
Shipping
The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives. At Silk + Shore, we pride ourselves on our customer service and keeping our customers happy. With that being said, please take into consideration when ordering with us that standard shipping will take 7-10 business days to arrive (depending on your location). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Silk + Shore does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S.
Additionally, preferred shipping will take 3-5 business days if the order is placed before 12:00 pm EST. Otherwise, the items will ship the next business day. All orders placed after 4:00 pm will be shipped next business day including the express shipping. No orders will be shipped on Sundays or on National holidays.
Please note: Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded on return items.

Exchanges
If you are wanting to exchange your item(s) for a new size, please email us at support@silkandshore.com and we would be happy to help. All exchanges are subject to availability as we carry limited stock of each size.
Damaged Items
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please email us at support@silkandshore.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
